Eugene Emeralds’ Sluggo Reads with Kids at Kendall

March is national reading month! To celebrate we enjoyed a fun storytime recently at Kendall with our favorite mascot, Sluggo. For many years, Kendall has proudly supported building reading skills and getting kids excited about reading by sponsoring Sluggo’s Home Run Reading Program. Students who complete the task of reading ten books are awarded two tickets to cheer on everyone’s favorite baseball team, the Eugene Emeralds.
